Spray Washer for Zinc Plated Parts with Low Pressure Setting Drying Hardware Manufacturing
Low pressure (90bar) setting protects zinc plating on hardware parts. The spray system covers all surfaces, and the 50℃ dryer prevents plating damage. Suitable for hardware manufacturing of door handles and hooks, removing polishing wax and fingerprints.
Cleaning requirements Reference(residues):
| 1. Total weight less than or equal to 4.5mg |
| 2. Metal diameter less than or equal to 600um |
| 3. Non-metallic diameter less than or equal to 1800um |
| 4. Fiber length is less than or equal to 4000um |
| 5. After cleaning, there should be no watermark on the surface (with pure water machine), and it should be completely dry (blind hole) |
