The line’s gantry cranes (SS body, Italian motors) provide ±3mm positioning accuracy, ensuring workpieces are fully immersed in each tank for consistent treatment. The anodizing process uses 3 tanks with 25V-3000A rectifiers, which maintain stable current to form a uniform oxide film (thickness tolerance ±2μm). Post-anodizing, 4 coloring tanks (temperature-controlled via steam heating) allow customization of workpiece color, with the final washing tanks ensuring color fastness. The intelligent control system (Omron PLC, Mitsubishi inverters) enables precise adjustment of process parameters, and the HMI displays real-time data (e.g., tank temperature, washing time) for easy quality tracking. Additionally, a 5μ precision filtration system (Taiwan "Guobao" pumps) keeps washing water clean, reducing rework rates. Suitable for high-end aluminum components (e.g., electronics enclosures, architectural profiles), this line ensures consistent quality and meets strict industry standards.
