These tanks use a circulation filtration system with Nanfang explosion-proof self-priming pumps and 20-inch stainless steel filters (50μ/20μ precision) to remove impurities.
Safety is a top priority. The machine features multiple safeguards: emergency stop buttons for immediate shutdown, automatic high-temperature protection for heating systems, liquid level sensors for auto-refilling, and cooling water temperature control (with refrigeration in cleaning tanks to keep solvent below flash point). An automatic fire-extinguishing ball device is mounted on top, enabling real-time temperature detection and fire suppression.
